Start of collection procedure
We start every collection procedure on the basis of no cure, no pay, the so-called amicable collection. We admonish the debtor for 10 working days. We do this very actively, thus 85% of our collection cases are cashed with our 10 day apporach. The collection approach of Juristu is highly effective.
Specialisation
One of our specializations is debt collection. Sometimes it is not possible to move defaulters and a legal process is necessary. Juristu can take care of this for you. From the summons to the defending of your claim and the exection of the judicial writ. The writ gives, for example, authority to seize a defendants property, sell these and deliver the sale proceeds to the plaintiff in order to give satisfaction to the judgement.

The 10 days are over, what now?
If the 10 days are over, we will summon the defaulter in consultation with you. After the summon we get a judicial writ and we will give order to seize their assets.
