Lawyer/paralegal debt collection
The debt collection procedure from Juristu takes care of the trajectory, from research and advising to negotiation and the legal procedures. As a debt collector you are responsible for the handling of your files and a good relationship with the client.
This is what you are going to do as a lawyer/paralegal debt collection
- The independent handling of debt collection files in the broadest sense, from taking on the task till the legal proceedings;
- Procede complex debt collection tasks in court;
- The assisting and monitoring of the whole legal- and executingtrajectory, and the steering of supporting employees;
- Organising periodical meetings with colleagues;
- Active monitoring of the adminstrative and commercial organisation, and optimalising this where possible;
- Keeping the informationsystems and the projectadministration up-to-date regarding the debt collection;
- Maintaining and expanding existing relationships and recruiting new assignments.
Requirements
Bachelor work- and thinking capabilities
Finished eduction in law
3 year work experience
Good understanding of the language, as in talking and as in writing
Knowledge and experience in creditmanagement (tactictal and strategical)
Knowledge of MS Office and affinity with (accounting) softwaresystems
Independent, innovative, venturous, stress-resistant, result-oriented, and communicative
